By inviting and using the GLOBAL OFFICIAL Discord bot in your server or
through direct messages, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree
with these terms, please do not use the Bot.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding the Bot to your Discord server or interacting with it, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms may be updated at any time
without prior notice. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes indicates your acceptance of the
updated terms.
2. Bot Features & Services
The Bot provides various features and services including, but not limited to:
- Moderation Tools: Kick, ban, mute, unmute, role management, and channel lockdown
- AI-Powered Interactions: Random AI responses, dead chat revival, and chaotic
roasting mode (when enabled)
- Server Management: Server backups, role synchronization, voicemaster (temporary
voice channels), and automation
- User Engagement: Confession systems, marriage system, ship calculator, avatar
rating, memes, quotes
- Tracking & Logging: Server activity tracking, message snipe/edit snipe, member seen
timestamps, counting games
- Utility Commands: Translation, user/server info, thread management, prayer
reminders, Say/impersonate commands
- Entertainment: Truth or Dare, Hall of Fame, spam reactions, emoji management
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Bot in compliance with:
- Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- All applicable local, state, national, and international laws
- These Terms of Service
⚠️ Prohibited Activities: You must not misuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or attempt to
harm the Bot or its services. You must not use the Bot for illegal, abusive, malicious, or spam
activities. You must not use the Bot to harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.
4. Moderation & Enforcement
The Bot's moderation features are tools provided for server administrators and authorized moderators. The
Bot developers are not responsible for:
- Actions taken by server administrators or moderators using the Bot
- Content posted by users in servers where the Bot is present
- Disputes between server members or staff
Server owners are responsible for properly configuring permissions and ensuring appropriate use of
moderation features.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Bot uses third-party AI services (Groq AI) to generate responses. Please note:
- AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or relevant
- The Bot developers are not responsible for AI-generated content
- Users may disable AI features in specific channels using bot commands
- "Chaotic Mode" (roasting feature) can be toggled by bot owners and may generate harsh or sarcastic
responses
6. Server Backups
The Bot offers server backup functionality. Please understand:
- Backups are stored locally and are not guaranteed to be permanent
- The Bot developers are not liable for data loss, corruption, or failed restorations
- Backups may not capture all server data or settings
- Server owners should maintain their own independent backups
7. Availability & Service Quality
The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of:
- Uptime, availability, or accessibility
- Error-free operation or bug-free performance
- Continuous or uninterrupted service
The Bot may go offline for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or be discontinued at any time without
prior notice.
8. Termination & Restrictions
We reserve the right to, at our sole discretion:
- Remove the Bot from any server
- Block any user or server from using the Bot
- Terminate access without notice or explanation
- Modify or discontinue any Bot features
Such actions may be taken if we detect violations of these Terms, abuse, or for any other reason.
9. User Content & Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Content they submit through Bot commands (confessions, quotes, suggestions, etc.)
- Actions they take using Bot features
- Ensuring they have necessary permissions in their servers
The Bot developers do not pre-screen, monitor, or control user-generated content.
10. Third-Party Services
The Bot integrates with third-party services including:
- Groq AI (for AI responses)
- Image/GIF APIs (for meme generation and entertainment features)
- Discord API
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service
availability, changes, or policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot developers and contributors are not liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Server raids, spam, or malicious activities
- Errors, bugs, or feature malfunctions
- Actions taken by users of the Bot
⚠️ Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that you use the Bot entirely at your own risk
and discretion.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be modified, updated, or revised at any time. Changes will be effective
immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the
